Individual Therapy

I see clients once a week at a regular time and location (or online). I can also see people twice a week when needed - normally at a challenging time when additional support is required.​

Couple's Therapy

I provide a safe and supportive space for couples to address relationship concerns, challenges and needs. Whether you're navigating conflict, life transitions, or simply seeking to deepen your connection, we will explore the origins and underlying causes of your issues and develop tools for healthier communication and ways of relating.

Group Therapy

I offer Group Therapy, a range of workshops and also facilitate DBT Skills Groups both online and in person. Groups offer the opportunity to connect with others while learning valuable skills to enhance your emotional well-being and foster personal growth.
