Mental Health Resources & Support Services in United Kingdom

In crisis or need immediate mental health support? This page provides vetted resources for emergency help, ongoing support communities, and specialist organisations.

These organisations are not a replacement for therapy, but they can provide valuable support during periods of distress or alongside therapeutic work. If you are unsure which service is most appropriate, contacting a general mental health organisation such as Mind or Rethink can be a helpful first step.
